Yes. Your check-ins are backed up to your own private account and stored securely with Google Firebase, so you can recover them if you lose or switch devices. We use that data to provide the backup and to improve the app. We never sell it, never use it for ads, and never track you across other apps. You can delete your account any time, which removes your backed-up check-ins.
Sign in with Apple is optional, but it is what backs up your check-ins so you can recover them on a new device. If you sign in, we may receive the name and email Apple shares, including a private relay address. We never sell your data and never use it for ads. We also collect a few non-sensitive, pseudonymous usage signals to improve the app.
You talk, and the app fills in your answers. Speech is transcribed right on your phone using Apple's on-device technology. Your audio is never sent to a server for transcription.
No, Health Simple is free. There are no ads, no IDFA, no cross-app tracking, and we don't sell anything about you.
The AI features need a compatible iPhone. If your device can't run them, Health Simple falls back to built-in prompts and works the same way.
